Event Design and Coordination Only
Perfect for those couples who need a comprehensive design plan to get started so they can handle the planning details on their own, but then we circle back to tie up the loose ends and manage the wedding day coordination. California venues only.
- Presentation of Design Concept illustrating event style, inspiration, colors, lighting, fabrics and personal details
- Detailed site plan, invitation suite assistance, collaboration on ambiance design and coordination
- Vendor recommendations as needed throughout planning process
- Vendor contract review and coordination 60 days prior
- Site walk-thru to discuss layout, event flow and finalize venue details
- Takes over as point of contact for all vendors 2 weeks prior, confirms vendors and finalizes details
- Assistance with development of wedding day timeline and reception program
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination
- On-site wedding day coordination: up to  last-minute errands, oversee set up and breakdown of ceremony and reception, style décor, direct vendors, direct Bride and Groom as needed, pack up gifts and personal decor
